Zhao Qing-sheng art profile

Zhao Qing-sheng, Male, Han race, was born in 1961, China central academy of Chinese painting and calligraphy appraisal and repair professional certificate. National senior industrial artist in China, Chinese relics repair expert, well-known painter, he good at claborate-style painting heavy colored figure and landscape painting, his brushwork is powerful and exquisite, color is bright and gorgeous, painting style is noble and elegant. He is the director of Xiamen museum display design department.

He has been shown extraordinary painting talent, he enlisted in the army with excellent painting grade in 1980, during served in the army, his works won praises for many times, and awarded third-class merits.

Retreated from troops, he is the director of Shanxi province administration of cultural heritage technology center, responsible for the protection of cultural relics, so far he have worked 36 years for painting and restoration work

The main art history:

Since the late 1980’s, committed to copy and restoration of the fist-class national cultural relics in Ming Baoning temple, persevere in 23 years completed these 136 Shuilu painting duplicate original works.

In September, 2011, hosted by Fujian province artists association、Xiamen art gallery、Heshun calligraphy and painting art center, “Conception from the heart——Zhao Qing-sheng Buddhist Shuilu painting art exhibition” held in Xiamen city art museum, responded positively.

In 2013, hosted by Fujian south putuo temple, he published 《The south putuo collection- Zhao Qing-sheng Baoning temple Ming dynasty Shuilu painting copies》.

In April 2014, hosted by Dongguan keyuan museum and Xiamen museum, “Majesty and shine——Zhao Qing-sheng Shuilu painting art exhibition” held in Dongguan city keyuan museum in a great way, then published 《Majesty and shine——Zhao Qing-sheng Shuilu painting art album》。

In January 2016, as the main activity of Changchun ice and snow tourist festival in 2016, hosted by China foundation for the protection of cultural relics、Association of Southeast Asian Nations trade promotion association、and Changchun city government, “Majesty and shine——Zhao Qing-sheng Shuilu painting (Changchun) art exhibition”, held in Changchun city the Palace Museum, opened solemnly and grand scene.

In recent years, he published many papers on these Chinese core journals of the humanities and social sciences, such as 《World of Antiquity》、《Southeast culture》、《Fujian relics and museology》，He published painting works and interview subject on 《Shanxi illustrated》 and 《Xiamen daily》 several times.
